I just did a clean install of Lenny AMD64 and had issues getting Iceweasel to start. No output from the command line, just a blank screen and no Iceweasel process. I did a strace /usr/bin/iceweasel and after a zillion meaningless lines I found the jackpot. My ~/.mozilla folder was owned by root! How or why, [...]
